We were incorporated as Shenzhen Shenzhou Cable Co., Ltd. in 2004, specializing in producing pure copper bare wire, copper and magnesium alloy wire (CCAM), copper and magnesium alloy wire with tin coating (CCAMX) and paint-coated wire. We started developing on the copper clad aluminum wire (CCA) technology in 2005 and became the one of the pioneers in manufacturing and promoting CCA products, for which we were awarded as a “high-tech enterprise” by the Shenzhen government. In 2008, we participated in drafting five national standards of electric cables, which were made into effect on March 19, 2009. In 2009, we also applied patents for new methods in manufacturing symmetric electrical cable using CCAM (Patent No. 200910108197.X、200920133715.9) We are headquartered in Building I, Chuang Xin Industrial park, Guan lan Road, Bao an District , Shenzhen. Capitalized with assets valued RMB 50,000,000, we own factory area of 10,000 square meters and our current employees count more than 200.

We equip ourselves with technologically advanced machineries in categories such as medium-size drawing machines, small-size drawing machines, micro-size drawing machines, continuous annealing machines and tinning machines. We have 19production lines for pure copper wire and CCAM, with the total equipment count more than 130. We also equip ourselves with laboratories and die-preparing rooms with a whole gamut of devices including stelometer, electrical conductivity meter, tension meter, PH meter, sugar content meter, ultrasonic grinding machine, high-speed polishing machine, high magnification microscope, R·O reverse osmosis deionization ultra pure water device and many more. We use these equipments efficiently to provide superior production quality support.
